does anyone have an old bike lying in the garage - a mate wants to give cycling a try and does not want to spend too much in case he does not get the bug... he may stretch to 200!!

I could lend him one for a try out for a while.
It's steel, 55cm frame (fits 5 foot 9 to 6 feet) and at the moment has spd pedals on.
