Nick, if you call them today and do it over the phone, you can get your membership sorted I'm sure. (People seem to do this all the time for racing -- get their membership and license sorted the day before). Just make sure you get your new membership number from them somehow, as that's what's needed to go on the insurance forms. _________________ Blogging

Can't someone drive someone else's car as long as the driver and the car have insurance...it doesn't have to be the drivers car...?
don't know if that helps but thought it might make it easier to match a BC person to the best vechicle _________________ emily.b |

Before this gets too carried away....
I need a driver who is the "named and normal driver" of his/her car. This person must be a BC member for insurance purposes. The details of that car and driver must be sent to BC before the race in order for that person to be covered by insurance.
So no rental cars, no people driving other people's cars, no switching of cars/drivers on the day. The car needs to be a car, not a van or truck.
If you can help please PM me. I may also need someone to drive the commissaire to and from the race, but that can be anyone.... if so, I'll post again.
thanks,

Just a quick request for anyone who's coming by car for the morning race -- if you have an outdoor broom, can you bring it? The corners could use a bit of sweeping.
cheers,

I have a couple Maryka. I've told my wife to shout at me if they're not leant against front door on Saturday night! _________________ Hello, I hope you are enjoying whatever brand of cycling tickles your fancy. Cycling is very nice. |
